We are nothing if not persistent! After our rainout at the baseball game, we came back using our raincheck tickets. This time the weather was hot and sunny - perfect for baseball. The Valley Cats lost, but it didn't damper our enthusiasm. After the game, we participated in the on-field diamond dig for a .5 carat diamond. Donna was the closest - she was next to the lady who found it. And then we enjoyed fireworks - a true mid-summer treat!
