National Red Hat Day at the Turning Stone

Twenty-two of the Rowdies traveled to the Turning Stone Casino to share National Red Hat Day wiht almost 200 other Red Hatters. We shopped a bit at the vendors (of course), entered contests, dined (0f course), won many lovely door prizes and laughed till we almost peed our pants watching Laura Roth sing and perform her many impersonations. And as always, we enjoyed each others' comapny and the sisterhood of great friends!

Sponaneous Broadway

We were few, but mighty on this Friday evening. We went to see the Mop 'n' Bucket improv troupe perform Spontaneous Broadway. The evening began with the company performing songs "that were never written" that the audience suggested.... like "My Personality is like my Bust.... Flat" and ended with a performance of an impromptu Broadway musical from the audience suggested titles. What incredible voices couples with quick wit! And Delores ushered the show for Proctors and Donna M and Sharon bartended the event as volunteers.
